DISPATCH TIMES, P&P METHODS  AND CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS:

Orders are dispatched same day up until 4:30 pm (GMT), Monday - Friday, otherwise the 'cut-off' is 11:30am; except Sunday. You can expect to receive an order up to 2 days by 1st class & Special Delivery; 4-5 days European Airmail; 5-7 days Worldwide Airmail.

Every order is packed in a Mail Lite C/0 padded jiffy type bag.  There is also an invoice summarizing your order, and a hand written compliments slip with a personalized message from the seller. The items are embedded in white 'foam' (black anti-static for static sensitive devices), and bubble wrapped to prevent the pins from being damaged.

For international buyers: a customs label will be filled out through the Royal Mail website and attached to the back of the padded envelope; along with a commercial invoice, required by customs officers and may be opened by them for their reference.  Please do not make requests for descriptions to be put on the customs label. 

- Any import tax chargeable on goods valued at 18 GBP (around 36 USD) and greater, must be paid by the buyer to their local postal service in addition to the postage costs displayed on eBay upon receipt of goods.

U.K, European and International buyers must all pay by Paypal.

Note: 'Add to Cart' option is not available for all Tirna Products like filter modules. Please contact us by phone or e-mail. Alternatively, fill in and submit the Filter Quote Form and we'll contact you back.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

If you are returning an item (damaged, or otherwise) please re-use the Mail Lite envelope sent to you. It will prevent any arguments between seller and buyer about returned goods being damaged in transit due to the buyers' choice of packaging material.  We will also reduce the 'carbon footprint' by reducing the amount of raw materials used in making new padded envelopes.

"If you want to return an unwanted item, please return with in 7 days of receipt for a 100% refund" (But buyer must pay the return postage which is non refundable)

We are always glad to give full or partial refunds; plus return postage costs (if applicable), if you have purchased an item or items in error, due to either your own mistake or a mistake caused by Tirna electronics in our listings/descriptions, or incorrect item(s) sent out.

In the event that incorrect items are sent you may be asked to return them (return post refunded), so the correct item can be exchanged for free. Although we often allow buyers to keep the incorrect item(s) as an apology.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS

Deliveries may take longer during peak periods, such as Christmas and New Year.  We will keep you informed via e-mail if we anticipate any problems with your order.  If you have not recieved your order within the specified period mentioned in the item description, and holiday periods have been taken into consideration, then please contact us through the eBay message centre, in the first instance.  Good communication can solve most delivery problems and will more likely end in positive feedback for both parties.

If any part of your order is lost, damaged or stolen in the post, then I will get compensation from the Post Office. A full or partial refund will be given to you, see returns policy in item description for more details.  If you still want the item(s) you ordered (instead of refund), then we will deliver an identical replacement at no extra cost.

In the event that your order has a damaged item, or items, you are advised to make a return of the affected item, or items (see 'RETURNS POLICY' above).  Tirna will then send identical replacements, or if replacements aren't available a refund equal to the value of the non-replaceable item(s).

Indeed, you are expected to help us to help you, from the moment you suspect there is a problem with any aspect of our service: wrong order placed, deliveries overdue, wrong item(s) dispatched...
